What is “My innisfree Rewards”?
My innisfree Rewards is a new upgraded membership program in australia that allows you to earn points on valid product purchases and with additional members-only benefits. Customers can join the membership program with any purchase.
What are the benefits for Welcome, Green and Green VIP members?
All members can accumulate double points for the first purchase on their birthday and Christmas month.
In addition, Green and Green VIP members can accumulate double points for the first purchase in the month of June and December.
Eligible Green and Green VIP members can accumulate double points and receive a Birthday Kit on their birthday month.
Green VIP members can also receive an exclusive Green VIP Kit within the valid membership period. (Available in February 2019 to valid Green VIP members.)
Important: Both Birthday and VIP Kit are only available once per year. Other terms & conditions apply.

How do I become a Green member?
Welcome members who purchase above A$150 within 12-month period will be upgraded automatically to Green members on the 1st day of the following month.
How do I become a Green VIP member?
Welcome or Premium members who purchase above A$300 within 12-month period will be upgraded automatically to Green VIP members on the 1st day of the following month.
How do I earn membership points?
Members will be entitled to earn points for purchase of regular-priced products only*.
Welcome member (2 Point reward of A$1purchase e.g. Spend A$100 and receive 200 points)
Green members (3Point reward of A$1purchase e.g. Spend A$100 and receive 300 points)
Green VIP members (4Point reward of A$1purchase e.g. Spend A$100 and receive 400 points)

*Members are required to notify innisfree autralia for any discrepancies on the points balance within 30 days of transaction.

How do I redeem membership points?
Redemption of points is valid for purchase of regular-priced products only. Every 100 points is equivalent to A$1.
*Points accumulated are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.
*Only regular-priced products paid in full/partial with membership points are allowed for exchange or refund.
