My INNISFREE Rewards Singapore Program Terms & Conditions

1. All INNISFREE Singapore members agree to fully comply with the Terms & Conditions under ‘My INNISFREE Rewards’ membership program.
2. ‘My INNISFREE Rewards’ is applicable at official INNISFREE Singapore stores only.
3. Customers who signed up ‘My INNISFREE Rewards’ Program will automatically become Welcome member. Welcome members who purchase above S$120 within a 12-month period will be upgraded automatically to Premium members from the first day of the following month. Welcome/Premium members who purchase above S$250 within a 12-month period will be upgraded automatically to VIP members from the first day of the following month. After the upgrade, the Premium/VIP status will be valid for 12 months. To maintain the 12-month Premium/VIP grade status, Premium/VIP members are required to purchase more than S$120/S$250 respectively during their current membership year.
4. ‘My INNISFREE Rewards’ e-card must be presented for accumulation and redemption of ‘My INNISFREE Rewards’ membership points and to enjoy other exclusive benefits.
5. All members will be entitled to earn ‘My INNISFREE Rewards’ membership points for purchase of regular-priced products.
Welcome members (100% of the total purchase amount e.g. Spend S$100 and receive 100 points)
Premium members (150% of the total purchase amount e.g. Spend S$100 and receive 150 points)
VIP members (200% of the total purchase amount e.g. Spend S$100 and receive 200 points)
Every 50 points is equivalent to S$1 (e.g. 500 points is equivalent to S$10 redemption)
6. Welcome members can earn double points for the first purchase on their birthday month (One-time only).
7. Membership points earned are based on the purchase of regular-priced items. Points are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash, including any unused value.
8. ‘My INNISFREE Rewards’ membership will be forfeited and all points will be voided if there is no transaction (e.g. product purchase, points usage or accumulation) within 12 months.
9. Only regular-priced products that are purchased with membership points are applicable for exchange/refund. Membership points will be refunded into the member’s account. Please refer to the Exchange & Refund Policy for more information.
10. ‘My INNISFREE Rewards’ e-card is strictly non-transferable. INNISFREE Singapore reserves the right to terminate or suspend the ‘My INNISFREE Rewards’ membership if there is suspicious activity in the account without prior notice.
11. INNISFREE Singapore reserves the right to alter and amend any of the Terms & Conditions of ‘My INNISFREE Rewards’ Program including the benefits, or to terminate it at any time without prior notice.
12. All members are responsible for notification on their change of personal information to INNISFREE Singapore. INNISFREE Singapore will not be responsible for any loss of benefits, privileges, or results related to membership points due to any discrepancy in member’s information.
13. Members are to notify INNISFREE Singapore for issues pertaining to points balance within 30 days of transaction. You may contact us at for assistance.
14. INNISFREE Singapore will not be held responsible for any unauthorized use of ‘My INNISFREE Rewards’ e-card. INNISFREE Singapore reserves the right to withdraw the points from the member’s account if such transaction occurs and is not obligated to make compensation to any party.
15. All members of INNISFREE Singapore agree to collection, use, or share of their information and card usage by INNISFREE Singapore. In addition, members agree to the retaining of information related to purchases and disclosure of information deemed appropriate by INNISFREE Singapore.
16. In case of any legal dispute, the decision of INNISFREE Singapore shall remain final.
