IMPORTANT -- PLEASE READ: The following innisfree Gift-Card Terms of Use and Agreement (the “Terms”) describes the terms and conditions that apply to the purchase and/or use of the innisfree Gift-Card. By purchasing or using the innisfree Gift-Card, the purchaser and/or the user (either or both collectively, “you”) agrees to these Terms. If you do not agree to any of these Terms, please do not purchase or use the innisfree Gift-Card.

PLEASE REGISTER YOUR GIFT CARD ON THE ‘MY INNISFREE REWARDS’ APP UPON PURCHASE, AS THIS WILL ALLOW YOU TO USE THE INNISFREE GIFT CARD THROUGH THE ‘MY INNISFREE REWARDS’ APP.

1. innisfree Gift-Card may be used for innisfree Malaysia offline purchase only

The “innisfree Gift-Card” may be used by a user for payment of innisfree Malaysia merchandise up to its stored value. The innisfree Gift-Card may be in the form of (i) a physical gift card, or (ii) an “innisfree eGift-Card” (described at clause 9 below).

The innisfree Gift-Card may be purchased with a minimum stored value of RM50, or any larger value as determined by innisfree Malaysia, up to a maximum value to be fixed by innisfree Malaysia from time to time. In no event will the load limit for any stored value facility exceed RM150. innisfree Gift-Cards can be used in the country of purchase, Malaysia, only, and can only be used to make payment for merchandise sold at innisfree stores in Malaysia. No fees of any kind will be charged against the unused balance of innisfree Gift-Card.

You must hold innisfree Membership in order to purchase an innisfree Gift-Card. If you purchase using the innisfree Gift-Card registered on ‘My innisfree Rewards’ App (as defined in clause 3 below) or at innisfree Malaysia stores, any personal data which you provide to us in order to do so or that arises from your relationship with us will be held pursuant to the innisfree PRIVACY POLICY, which is available at www.innisfree.com/my/en/customer/privacy.do. You hereby consent to our collection, use, disclosure and processing of your personal data in accordance with the innisfree PRIVACY POLICY and these Terms.

No credit card, credit line, overdraft protection or deposit account is associated with an innisfree Gift-Card. No interest, dividends or any other earnings on funds loaded on to an innisfree Gift-card will accrue or be paid or credited to you by innisfree Malaysia. The value associated with the innisfree Gift-Card is not insured or guaranteed by any person or entity and no bank has undertaken to be liable for the stored value of the innisfree Gift-Card. We reserve the right not to accept or otherwise to limit use of any innisfree Gift-Card, if we reasonably believe that the use is unauthorized, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful.

2. Redemption / expiry of innisfree Gift-Card

Stored value of innisfree Gift-Cards may only be used in the country in which the innisfree Gift-Card was purchased, i.e. Malaysia. It cannot be used in any other countries.

The innisfree Gift-Card may be used multiple times until its stored value is exhausted. If the stored value in your innisfree Gift-Card is insufficient to make full payment in respect of a transaction, you may use the innisfree Gift-Card together with other modes of payment accepted by innisfree Malaysia to make payment.

Unredeemed stored value will not be converted to cash or credit balance upon expiry of the innisfree Gift-Card unless required by law or permitted by these Terms. All reward benefits are valid only within their stipulated periods as specified by innisfree Malaysia.

Unless otherwise stated, your innisfree Gift-Card is valid for up to 1 year after the date of the purchase of such innisfree Gift-Card, whereupon the innisfree Gift-Card will expire and any remaining balance in the expired innisfree Gift-Card will be cancelled immediately and without further notice. For the avoidance of doubt, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Terms, any such remaining balance shall be non-refundable.

No points in innisfree's Membership loyalty program will be earned based on any purchase of an innisfree Gift Card, a purchase of merchandise using an innisfree Gift Card purchased with free added value, or a purchase of merchandise on promotion or sale using any innisfree Gift Card.

The innisfree Gift-Card is not a cash card or a substitute for cash, nor is it a credit card or charge card. The innisfree Gift-Card stored value is a non-refundable pre-payment for innisfree Malaysia merchandise and may only be used for the purchase of such innisfree Malaysia merchandise.

3. View your balance / Register your innisfree Gift-Card on the ‘My innisfree Rewards’ App

You can view your innisfree Gift-Card balance on ‘My innisfree Rewards’ App, innisfree Malaysia's application for mobile devices (the “innisfree App”), after registering your innisfree Gift-Card on the innisfree App. To register your card, access the “Gift Card” section on the innisfree App, select your innisfree Gift-Card personal identification number (“PIN”), and register on the innisfree App. Your innisfree Gift-Card balance would be shown on the innisfree App thereafter.

Once you have used a physical innisfree Gift-Card at an innisfree Malaysia store, you will not be able to register the innisfree Gift-Card on the innisfree App. Please register the innisfree Gift-Card on the innisfree App before using the card, if you wish to be able to use the innisfree Gift-Card through the innisfree App.

As soon as the physical innisfree Gift-Card is registered on the innisfree App, the existing physical card is automatically de-activated. Thereafter, you may use the innisfree App to redeem the innisfree Gift-Card stored value.

4. Refunds

Strictly no refund or exchange will be accepted once innisfree Gift-Card is purchased. No refund or exchange will be accepted for purchases made fully or partially with innisfree Gift-Cards, with exception of defective products and/or skin reactions.

5. Lost or stolen innisfree Gift-Cards

If you suspect that someone has copied or stolen your innisfree Gift-Card, contact Customer Service immediately (at cs_my@innisfree.com). innisfree Gift-Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen, and should be safeguarded accordingly. innisfree will not be liable for and will not reimburse the stored value of any lost or stolen innisfree Gift-Cards. Please do not display your innisfree Gift-Card number and PIN online.

We may in our discretion invalidate any innisfree Gift-Card which we reasonably believe is forged, cloned, tampered with or stolen, or unauthorizedly, fraudulently or otherwise unlawfully issued or used, and in such a case, its unutilized stored value will not be refunded

6. Limitations

You may not use an innisfree Gift-Card to purchase another innisfree Gift-Card.

innisfree Gift-Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash, regardless of whether or not the stored value has been fully or partially utilized. An innisfree Gift-Card’s stored value may not be transferred to another innisfree Gift-Card. While you may give an innisfree Gift-Card to another person as a gift or distribute it free of charge, you shall not resell an innisfree Gift-Card for money or money’s worth.value of such Innisfree Gift-Cards purchased per person.

The innisfree Gift-Cards may be purchased in bulk, except that a bulk purchase transaction shall not exceed a maximum amount of RM15,000. Bulk purchases may also be subject to anti-money laundering checks by us, and we may refuse to enter into a bulk purchase transaction if such a purchase is suspected or found to be contrary to applicable laws or regulations.

For innisfree Gift-Cards offered at a discounted value or on promotion, innisfree reserves the right to limit the number or the total stored value of such innisfree Gift-Cards purchased per person.

7. Customer Service

If you need assistance with any aspect of your purchase, ownership, or use of your innisfree Gift-Card, please contact Customer Service (at cs_my@innisfree.com) or refer to the gift-card FAQs on the innisfree Malaysia webpage and the innisfree App.

8. Payment methods

innisfree Gift-Cards may be paid for using valid accepted card or cash at innisfree Malaysia stores.

9. Receipts and Statements

You will not receive itemized statements of transactions made using your innisfree Gift-Card or under your innisfree Gift-Card account. If you have registered your innisfree Gift-Card on the innisfree App, you may check the balance of your innisfree Gift-Card or review the most recent transactions on your innisfree Gift-Card using the innisfree App. When you use your innisfree Gift-Card at a participating innisfree Malaysia store, you will receive a receipt if you request one but will not be asked to sign the receipt. The receipt will indicate that the purchase was made using an innisfree Gift-Card and will provide the remaining balance of your innisfree Gift-Card. You should keep your receipts and check your online statement to ensure that your innisfree Gift-Card balance is correct.

10. Our Policies

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

Any claim or dispute between you and innisfree Malaysia that arises in whole or in part from the Sites or the Interactive Services shall be decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Malaysia. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and innisfree Malaysia's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. It is the express wish of the parties that these Terms and all related documents be drawn up in English.

We may (at our sole discretion) and without giving any reason suspend or terminate the innisfree Gift-Card program at any time with or without prior notice to you.

11. Limitation of liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, subject to applicable consumer protection provisions, innisfree Malaysia will not be liable for claims or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your purchase or use of the innisfree Gift-Card, including but not limited to damages arising out of changes to or termination of the innisfree Gift-Card program or as a result of you redeeming and/or \using the innisfree Gift-Card. This applies to all damages of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.

innisfree Malaysia reserves the right to amend the Terms governing the purchase and/or use of the innisfree Gift-Card.
