How come we cannot buy some products that are already issued in Korea?
Please kindly understand even there are some products available in Korea, product issue schedule can be different among regions due to their own export, custom policy and shipping schedule.

If you have signed up for My innisfree Rewards at innisfree Hong Kong or Macau store and have an existing online account, you can continue to use your original password to sign in your online membership account. If you have signed up for My innisfree Rewards at innisfree Hong Kong or Macau store and have yet to register for an online membership account, you will need to create one by using registered phone number.
Updating your profile
Once registered, you may check your purchase history and manage your account. You can update your personal information at any time, as well as check your latest point summary Via “My Account”.
(Important: Your date of birth can only be changed once.)
I forgot my password, How do I retrieve it?
If you have forgotten your password, please click on "Forgot Your Password?" below " Sign In ". Your login email address is required and a new password will be emailed to you shortly.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your information and withdraw your consent at anytime via '' My Account'' page of the website, ask to th counter or contact us by email.
Why I have to show identity proof for redeeming membership benefit?
For verifying member’s identity, please show any of your identity proof with your FULL name (same as registered) or My innisfree Rewards mobile apps, when you redeeming membership benefits such as discount coupon or points.
