1. All Innisfree Hong Kong members agree to fully comply with the Terms & Conditions under ‘‘My innisfree Rewards’’ membership program.

2. ‘‘My innisfree Rewards’’ membership program terms and conditions is only applicable for Innisfree stores in Hong Kong and Macau.

3. Customers will become welcome member upon any purchase. Welcome members who have spent above HKD 700 within a 12month period will be upgraded automatically to Premium member immediately. Welcome members/Premium members who have spent above HKD 1,500 within a 12 month period will be upgraded automatically to VIP member immediately.

After the upgrade, the Premium/VIP grade will be valid for 12 months. To maintain the 12 month Premium/VIP grade status, Premium/VIP members are required to spend more than HKD 700 / HKD 1,500 respectively during the valid period.

4. My innisfree Rewards Card must be presented for the usage of ‘‘My innisfree Rewards’’ membership program. In any case where the My innisfree Rewards Card is not presented, the member will not be able to enjoy ‘‘My innisfree Rewards’’ membership program’s benefits and privileges.

5. Welcome members will be entitled to points of 100% of the net purchase amount. Premium members will be entitled to points of 150% of the net purchase amount. VIP members will be entitled to points of 200% of the net purchase amount. (Example: With the purchase of HKD 100 net purchase amount, welcome members accumulate 100 points, Premium members 150 points, VIP members 200 points.). 50 points carry value of HKD 1. (Example: your 1000 points can be used as HKD 20)

6. Points can be accumulated with purchase of net purchase amount after discount and promotion. Points accumulated cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. All accumulated points will be voided if they are unused for 1 year, as the ‘‘My innisfree Rewards’’ membership will be forfeited if there is no product purchase activity within 1 year.

8. Innisfree Hong Kong reserves the right to void points which are not utilized.

9. Points cannot be used when redeeming discount coupons or purchasing promotion items. Items which are paid in full / partial through points are strictly not allowed for exchange or return.

10. The My innisfree Rewards Card is strictly non-transferable to other individual or party. Innisfree Hong Kong reserves the right to terminate or suspend the My innisfree Rewards Card if there are doubts to the member’s account without any prior notice.

11. All members are responsible for notification on their change of personal information to Innisfree Hong Kong. Innisfree Hong Kong will not be responsible for any loss of benefits, privileges, or results related to points due to any discrepancy in member’s information.

12. Innisfree Hong Kong reserves the right to alter and amend any of the Terms of Conditions of ‘‘My innisfree Rewards’’ membership program, including any or all of the benefits, or to terminate it at any time without any prior notice.

13. Members need to notify Innisfree Hong Kong if there are any problems regarding the point balance within 30 days of transaction. You may send any other queries or loss of My innisfree Rewards Card to

14. Innisfree Hong Kong will not be responsible for any unauthorized use of lost or stolen My innisfree Rewards Card. Innisfree Hong Kong reserves the right to withdraw the points from the member account if such transaction occurs and is not obligated to make compensation to any party.

15.For the unused product, Customer should apply the exchange procedure within 30 days after the purchase upon presenting the purchase receipt to exchange the product. For the used product, Customer encountered allergy or sensitivity problems, then must apply the exchange procedure within 30 days after the purchase upon presenting the purchase receipt and medical certificate from dermatologist to exchange the product. If customer failed to present the above required document, the product exchange procedure will not be proceeded. No exchange and refund for all discounted products, free gifts or products. No refund service provided.

16. All members of Innisfree Hong Kong agree to collection, use, or share of their information and card usage by Innisfree Hong Kong. In addition, members agree to the retaining of information related to purchases and disclosure of information deemed appropriate by Innisfree Hong Kong.

17. In case of any legal dispute, the decision of Innisfree Hong Kong shall remain final.
