I've tried to use this over the past 6 or so months on my black heads, white heads and pimples as I would usually pick them with my nails which you SHOULD NOT EVER do. I've watched multiple tutorials to learn how to use the extractor and each time I would attempt to remove my blackheads or such, it wouldn't really do much which is honestly such a shame :( using it felt very uncomfortable around my nose and chin area as I would put a bit of pressure on the tool and slowly drag it across the skin, making it become slightly red and sore as each side of the extractor is (the metal oval ends) too big and thick to use on the skin, thus making the tool really ineffective. I'm pretty disappointed but luckily it was affordable so I'm not mad. Overall, I personally would not recommend this to anyone.
