How do I become a Premium member?
Welcome members who purchase above INR 5,000 within 12-month period will be upgraded automatically to Premium members on the 1st day of the following month.
How do I become a VIP member?
Welcome or Premium members who purchase above INR 10,000 within 12-month period will be upgraded automatically to VIP members on the 1st day of the following month.
How do I earn membership points?
Members will be entitled to earn points for purchase of regular-priced products only*.
Welcome member (100% of the total purchase amount e.g. Spend S$100 and receive 100 points)
Premium members (150% of the total purchase amount e.g. Spend S$100 and receive 150 points)
VIP members (200% of the total purchase amount e.g. Spend S$100 and receive 200 points)

*Members are required to notify INNISFREE Singapore for any discrepancies on the points balance within 30 days of transaction.
How do I redeem membership points?
