I'm not exactly a makeup person... but the times I did have a lot going around my eyes and face, this product was able to gently wipe off my makeup. Even though it's oily (love it for someone with dry skin), it's not greasy. The product is very light and gentle to the skin and it's worth my money. It really does the job.
