Packaging could definitely be better and improved specially for safety and sanitary purposes

First of all, this product is really small, just a bit bigger than a toonie. It makes it so pricey for its size. Also, on the display the packaging looks like its one of the blusher because of its packaging. The top lid has this pinkish shade to it. Also i was disappointed when i opened it at home because there was no security whatsoever that this was not touched by anyone in store. It doesnt have one of those seal or cover inside that makes you feel safe that nobody touched it. The pressed powder itself looks like it was used. It appears like its not even full. If you can take a look at the picture, the product itself is not filled all the way. Packaging is too small to begin with and the product is not even full. Im disappointed. i do not want to use it. waste of money. I really wanted to like this product but for safety reasons, i dont feel safe putting it on my face. Please change the packaging and make it safer. Thank you
