This product is good!!

I would love to give this product a review. Last 2 weeks I've visited Innisfree Sunway Velocity and I'm suffer very horrible chapped lips (I think due to allergic to some substances inside lipstick I've been using). Then I came to try this product and I'm happy to say that this product works!! My lips is now recovering. I could see it's becoming a healthy pinkish. I use this product together with the lip scrub. This is an honest review me. Great!

My lips condition is dry and need to seek for doctor, need to apply something to moisture lip in every second else I will feel pain on my lip. Previously, I tried many brand of lip balm/lip care but they were usefulness until I tried this Innisfree lip treatment. It prevent dryness and gradually my lip get treated. Compare to previous, I don't even feel dry when sometime I forgot to apply lip care. It's a good product to me so far. And the most important is, there is not "petroleum jelly" ingredient inside.

I bought this since I needed a balm for ther currently freezing weather.

I loved the balm, but the tube isn't the best. After only a couple weeks, the the top was coming off where the ridges are.
This meant that when I squeezed the tube the product would come out of the tear as well. I had to put the remaining product in another container so it wouldn't be wasted

Until they improve the packaging, I probably won't buy it again.

It’s easy to apply. Yes, it might be very oily and would probably be slightly uncomfortable at first. I use this product every night before sleep, so it doesn’t bother me. Definitely smoothens my chapped lips the next morning. And plus, it smells good. Highly recommended
