Gene Shaffer has been with Americas Best Value Inn & Suites since 2005 and has more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Mr. Shaffer handles the day to day operations of the hotel and also handles outside sales of his property. 

Mr. Shaffer’s previous experience includes serving as administrative assistant of Host Lodging Corporation which owned and operated the Days Inn in Dothan, Ala. and the Green House Inn & Lodge in Daleville, Ala.

In 2008 Americas Best Value Inn & Suites was recognized during its annual convention with the Best of the Best Marketing Award.
