Cindy McGill has been with Innisfree since 1991. In 1995 she was promoted to general manager of Family Inns in Mobile, Ala. Throughout her years of service with the company, she has prepared the trip reports which are internal audits, as well as worked at various Innisfree properties to ready them for inspections.

After leaving the company briefly in 2006, Ms. McGill returned to Family Inns as general manager in 2007.
