Gina Dudley was born in Oahu, HI where she resided until 1996. She graduated from the School of Travel Industry Management, College of Business, University of Hawai’i-Manoa, with a Bachelor of Business Administration, and launched a career in hotel management which now spans more than 23 years.

 In 1996, Gina moved to Pensacola with her two children and began working in Orange Beach. She heard there was an opportunity to work at the Hilton Garden Inn and within a short amount of time; she was called by former general manager Ken Strelzyk to join the team as assistant general manager. Gina was appointed to general manager in April of 2007.
