Gabe DiCianni joined Innisfree Hotels in 2001 as the assistant general manager of Young’s By the Sea in Gulf Shores, Ala. From there, Mr. DiCianni went on to serve as the general manager of the Days Inn in Orange Beach, Ala. In 2005, Mr. DiCianni transferred to Orange Beach’s Hilton Garden Inn, where he is currently the general manager. While under Mr. DiCianni’s management, the Hilton Garden Inn received the Highest Increase in Customer Loyalty Award in 2006.

Mr. DiCianni holds a BA in Business Management, with a concentration in health, from the University of West Florida, where he was a scholar athlete.
