Charlie Allen joined Innisfree in 2010 as General Manager of the 206-room Holiday Inn Resort on beautiful Pensacola Beach. The property is currently under construction and is scheduled to open in the spring of 2011.

Prior to joining Innisfree, Mr. Allen was Sr. VP of Operations at Elite Hospitality in Ormond Beach, Florida where he was responsible for a portfolio of 17 hotels.

With over 31 years of hospitality management experience, including franchise experience with Hilton, Marriott, Choice and InterContinental Hotels, Mr. Allen is knowledgeable in all phases of hotel operations from concept to opening, budget process, revenue planning and profitability.

Mr. Allen is a graduate of the University of South Alabama with a degree in Business Administration and is a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA).
