WHERE CAN I PURCHASE A GIFT CARD?

Gift cards can only be purchased in any Innisfree India stores.

HOW DO I ACTIVATE MY GIFT CARD ONLINE?

You may activate your gift card on the My innisfree Rewards app by following the steps below: - Select the ‘Register Card’ button from the ‘Gift Card’ menu
- Enter the serial number and digital PIN number printed at the back of your gift card.

HOW CAN I USE MY GIFT CARD?

Your gift card can be used for purchases in all innisfree India's offline stores.
The gift card may be used for multiple times as long as there is balance in the card.
In the event of insufficient balance in your card, you may pay the remaining amount with cash / credit card.

WHAT IF I LOST MY GIFT CARD?

Unfortunately, your gift card will not be replaced if it is lost, stolen or damaged.
It is strongly recommended to register your gift card on the ‘My innisfree Rewards’ app upon purchase.

Can a non-member purchase the gift card?

No, the gift card can only be purchased by an innisfree member.

How do I purchase a gift card?

A gift card can be purchased using cash / credit card (except membership points).

Can I purchase multiple gift cards in a single transaction?

Yes, you are allowed to purchase more than 1 gift card in a single transaction.

Can I purchase products and gift card at the same time?

No, you cannot purchase both products and gift card together, the payments need to be made separately.

Can I use the gift card to purchase any products in-store?

Yes, you can use the gift card to purchase any products in-store (except another gift card).

Am I entitled for membership points accumulation when I purchase or use the gift card?

Purchase of the gift card are not entitled for membership points accumulation.
Use of the gift card are entitled for membership points accumulation.

Am I entitled for monthly gift with purchase when I purchase or use the gift card?

You are only entitled to receive the monthly gift with purchase when you use the gift card.

What is the expiry date for the gift card?

The gift card is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Any unused amount will be forfeited upon expiry date.

Is the gift card exchangeable or refundable?

Exchange or refund will NOT be accepted for the purchase of gift card.

Are the products purchased with gift card exchangeable or refundable?

Exchange or refund will NOT be accepted for all purchases made with the gift card.

Can I purchase the gift card as a gift?

Yes, the card is transferrable to anyone, even for a non-member.
