The $60 Million 206 room hotel will have 126 rooms facing directly towards the Gulf of Mexico. The main floor will have an expansive lobby, a restaurant, and an outdoor dining patio. The second floor will have over 10,000 sf of meeting space, including a large 3,000 sf balcony overlooking the pool deck and the Gulf of Mexico. The second floor will also offer a unique fitness center with a spectacular view of the ocean.  The pool area will include a lazy river, waterfall, splash pad, pool bar, and hot tubs.
