Rich Chism coordinates the activities of all the professionals involved in the development process including architects, engineers, attorneys, contractors, real estate agents, property managers, vendors, franchisors, and governmental officials. He is responsible for design, financial feasibility, entitlements and planning of upcoming projects. Mr. Chism is also involved in marketing and public relations for Innisfree. 

Mr. Chism served in the U.S. Army as an Army Aviator for 11 years after graduating from the U.S. Military Academy, West Point in 1989.  After earning an MBA from the Wharton School of Business, Rich worked as a development manager with two commercial real estate development companies prior to joining Innisfree Hotels in 2008. He lives in Pensacola with his two children and enjoys running, mountain biking and fishing.
