What is “My INNISFREE Rewards”?
My INNISFREE Rewards is our free rewards program in Canada that allows you to earn points on all you purchases and redeem those points for rewards.
How do I earn INNISFREE membership points?
All INNISFREE members will be entitled to earn membership points for purchase of regular-priced products only
- Welcome member (200% of the total purchase amount e.g. Spend C$100 and receive 200 points)
- Premium members (300% of the total purchase amount e.g. Spend C$100 and receive 300 points)
- VIP members (400% of the total purchase amount e.g. Spend C$100 and receive 400 points)

*To redeem the points accumulated, the membership card (or online App card) must be presented.
*Members are required to notify INNISFREE Canada for any discrepancies on the points balance within 30 days of transaction.
How do I achieve Premium member?
To achieve premium member, spend C$120 within a 12-month period at INNISFREE stores. The member status will be upgraded to Premium member instantly.
How do I achieve VIP member?
To achieve premium member, spend C$240 within a 12-month period at INNISFREE stores. The member status will be upgraded to VIP member instantly.
What are the benefits for Welcome, Premium and VIP members?
Welcome member can accumulate double points for the first purchase on their birthday month.
Eligible Premium and VIP members can receive a Birthday Coupon on their birthday month.
VIP members can also receive an exclusive VIP Kit within the valid membership period.

How do I redeem membership points?
Redemption of points is valid for purchase of regular-priced products only.
Every 100 points is equivalent to C$1.

*Points accumulated are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.
*Only regular-priced products paid in full/partial with membership points are allowed for exchange or refund.
When will my membership points expire?
All accumulated points will be voided automatically if there is no transaction within 12 months.
